… eliminate the requirement for the MSNE membership for 2009.

Since we have long-standing close relationship with NASA NE/PDA, and share many events, we will continue to honor the NASA membership for the reduced entry fee to the MSNE events.

NASA membership is very close in the range of benefits, and is identical in price to ours. In addition, NASA membership offers benefits in attending events outside of the region.

Running for points will be open to all drivers regardless of membership status.
